Responsible for advising the Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy Chairman in the performance of their attributions, the Special Advisory also acts in the institutional relationship, strengthening bonds, establishing partnerships and new businesses. Other duties are:

• Carry out administrative and support activities for the Executive Board
  
• Develop special projects required by Senior Management
  
• Prepare feasibility studies and technical opinions to assist in decision making
